Sourced from Brazilian estates in the Cerrado region, known for systematic farming and controlled drying, paired with Mexican beans from Chiapas, where family farms and cooperatives preserve traditional cultivation practices. Together, they create a reliable, high-quality blend that balances sweetness, structure, and complexity.
Altitude & Processing: 900–1,750 MASL
Brazilian beans (900–1,400m) are pulped-natural for chocolatey depth and body, while Mexican beans (1,300–1,750m) are washed for clean structure and bright balance. The combination delivers a well-rounded cup bridging medium and dark roast characteristics with depth and clarity.
