Inspired by early mornings at San Onofre, San O is a crisp, citrus-forward light roast made for slow sips and early surf checks. Its vibrant, fruit-driven profile pairs lively brightness with a mellow, easy finish — the kind of cup that wakes you up with clarity, not intensity.
Sourced from Ethiopia, Mexico, and Brazil, this blend unites the juicy, floral complexity of naturally processed Ethiopian beans, the clean balance of washed Mexican coffees, and the smooth body of pulped-natural Brazilian beans.
Grown at 900–2,100 MASL and crafted from Ethiopian Heirloom, Bourbon, Typica, Catuaí, Catucaí, and Mundo Novo varietals, San O offers layers of citrus, dried stone fruit, and delicate florals.
